Actively managed; invests at least 80% of net assets in equity securities or ETFs of large-capitalization companies (defined as Russell 1000 Index constituents). The Adviser runs a proprietary quantitative multi-factor model scoring stocks on relative valuation, earnings momentum, earnings growth, dividend yield and volatility, selecting top-quartile names and overweighting favorably-ranked sectors.
