Objective: Seeks investment results that closely correspond to the performance of the MSCI US REIT Custom Capped Index.
Strategy: Invests at least 80% of its assets in securities included in the Underlying Index, which is a market-cap weighted index measuring US equity REIT performance. The Fund uses a passive indexing approach to replicate the Underlying Index, holding a significant number of its constituent securities. The portfolio is rebalanced quarterly, and the Fund may invest up to 20% in exchange-traded futures to seek performance corresponding to the Underlying Index.
