Objective
Seeks to track the investment results of the Invesco BulletShares USD High Yield Corporate Bond 2027 Index.
Strategy
Invests at least 80% of total assets in securities that comprise the Underlying Index, which measures the performance of U.S. dollar-denominated high yield corporate bonds maturing in 2027. The Index is compiled by Invesco Indexing LLC and includes bonds with a maximum credit rating of BB+ or Ba1 and a minimum average credit rating of CCC-. The Fund utilizes a sampling methodology to achieve its investment objective and will transition to cash and cash equivalents in the last twelve months of operation.
