Seeks to provide investment results that track the positive price return of the CME CF Bitcoin Reference Rate — New York Variant before fees and expenses.
Strategy
Actively managed ETF that seeks to track the positive price return of Spot bitcoin up to a cap of 23.43% while providing protection against declines exceeding 10% over the Outcome Period. Investments include OTC Options, FLEX Options, and Listed Options referencing Underlying ETPs and Bitcoin Indexes. The Fund may also invest in U.S. Treasury securities, cash, and cash equivalents. The Floor limits losses to 10% of Spot bitcoin's price decline over the Outcome Period, providing no initial downside protection.
