Strategy
Actively managed ETF investing at least 80% of net assets in securities issued by closed-end funds. The Fund targets high income opportunities, including equity and high yield securities. It may invest in Underlying Funds operated by various managers, including those involved in activist campaigns to reduce NAV discounts. The Fund can invest in a broad range of securities, including foreign and emerging markets, and may use derivatives, short sales, and borrow for investment purposes to manage risk and enhance returns.
