Objective
The investment objective of CORN is to have the daily changes in the NAV of the Fund’s Shares reflect the daily changes in the corn market for future delivery as measured by the Benchmark.
Strategy
The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing in a portfolio of Corn Futures Contracts that expire in a specific month and trade on a specific exchange in the designated commodity comprising the Benchmark. The Sponsor will endeavor to cause the Fund’s performance to closely track that of the Benchmark. The Fund will roll its contracts five times a year to avoid holding the spot contract. The Sponsor employs a neutral investment strategy intended to track the changes in the Benchmark of the Fund regardless of whether the Benchmark goes up or down.
