Achieve long-term capital appreciation.
Strategy
Implements an integrated investment approach emphasizing long-term drivers of expected returns through broad diversification across U.S. micro cap companies. The Portfolio may emphasize smaller capitalization, lower relative price, and higher profitability stocks. Under normal circumstances, it invests at least 80% of net assets in U.S. micro cap securities, defined as those in the lowest 5% of total market capitalization or smaller than the 1,500th largest U.S. company.
