Seeks daily inverse investment results, before fees and expenses, equal to -100% of the daily percentage change in the price of the common stock of Space Exploration Technologies Corp. (SPCX).
Strategy
Actively managed ETF providing daily inverse (-100%) exposure to the common stock of Space Exploration Technologies Corp. (Nasdaq: SPCX) through swap agreements, options contracts and, to a lesser extent, direct investments in the Underlying Security. Invests at least 80% of net assets in the Underlying Security and instruments with equivalent economic characteristics, rebalancing holdings daily to maintain short exposure equal to -100% of net assets. May obtain short exposure by purchasing deep in-the-money put options or through synthetic short forward option combinations. Does not seek to achieve its stated objective over any period longer than a single trading day.
