Objective: Seeks to provide investment results that correspond to the performance of the Syntax Defined Volatility XLP Index.
Strategy: Invests primarily in financial instruments to achieve investment results of the Syntax Defined Volatility XLP Index. The Index tracks a portfolio of large-cap U.S. consumer staples securities, adjusting exposure to the Underlying ETF based on a targeted annual volatility rate of 20%. The Fund increases exposure to the Underlying ETF via total return swaps when short-term volatility is below the Defined Volatility Rate and decreases exposure by allocating to a Cash Position when it is above the Defined Volatility Rate.
