Objective
The fund normally invests at least 80% of its total assets in constituent securities of the index and investments that have economic characteristics that are substantially identical to the economic characteristics of such constituent securities. The index consists of dividend-paying small capitalization companies incorporated in Japan and traded on the Tokyo Stock Exchange. The fund is non-diversified.
Strategy
The Fund employs a passive management approach designed to track the performance of the Index, generally using a representative sampling strategy to invest in a sample of the securities in the Index that resemble its overall characteristics. Under normal circumstances, the Fund invests at least 80% of its net assets in constituents of the Index and/or investments with similar economic characteristics.
