Objective
Seeks to track the performance of the Pacer Developed Markets Cash Cows Growth Leaders Index.
Strategy
Employs a passive management approach designed to track the total return performance of the Index. The Index provides exposure to large- and mid-cap securities in developed markets, excluding the U.S. and Canada, with above average free cash flow margins. The initial universe is derived from the MSCI EAFE Index, screened for projected free cash flows and earnings. The 100 companies with the highest free cash flow margin are included, weighted by price momentum score, capped at 5% per company, and rebalanced semi-annually.
