Objective
Seeks to track the investment results of an index composed of developed market real estate equities with increased green certification exposure.
Strategy
Tracks the FTSE EPRA Nareit Developed Green Target Index, composed of developed market real estate equities. The Index targets increased green certification and energy efficiency relative to the Parent Index, which includes REITs and real estate companies. The Underlying Index excludes companies involved in tobacco, controversial weapons, and thermal coal, and aims for a minimum of 10% green certification and a 30% increase in green certification relative to the Parent Index. The Fund invests at least 90% of assets in the Index components.
