- Normally invests at least 80% of assets in collateralized loan obligations (CLOs), which may include domestic and foreign senior secured loans, senior unsecured loans, and subordinate corporate loans. Investing a majority in CLOs rated from BBB+ to B- or equivalent, and up to 30% in CLOs rated above BBB+. May invest in fixed-rate CLOs and non-U.S. dollar-denominated CLOs. Uses derivatives to adjust risk exposure and may invest in cash or short-term instruments for liquidity management.
