- Invests primarily in first lien senior floating rate bank loans, targeting high current income while preserving capital. The Fund may invest significantly in covenant-lite loans and primarily in loans below investment grade quality. It may also invest up to 20% in non-Senior Loan debt securities and up to 15% in distressed or defaulted loans. The investment advisor employs fundamental credit analysis and relative value analysis to select investments, focusing on diversification and risk management to achieve higher risk-adjusted returns.
