Strategy: Actively managed ETF investing in U.S. large capitalization equity securities. The Sub-Adviser uses proprietary research to select stocks based on themes impacting the U.S. economy and stock market. The process includes top-down fundamental analyses and quantitative screening, focusing on companies with market caps over $10 billion. The portfolio will generally hold 20 to 50 positions, with 5 to 10 themes represented. The Fund invests at least 80% of net assets in large-cap U.S. companies and reallocates to equal weight quarterly.
