To seek to provide investment results that closely correspond to the performance of the John Hancock Dimensional Mid Cap Index.
Strategy
Invests primarily in securities that compose the John Hancock Dimensional Mid Cap Index, which includes U.S. companies ranked 200th to 951st by market capitalization. The Index uses a rules-based multifactor approach to adjust weights based on market cap, relative price, and profitability, with a cap of 4% on individual companies. The Index is reconstituted and rebalanced semiannually, and the fund may concentrate its investments in specific industries as the Index does.
