Strategy
Employs a passive management strategy to replicate the Nasdaq Sprott Lithium Miners Index, investing at least 80% in securities of the Index, which includes companies deriving revenue from lithium mining. The Fund may also invest in U.S. and foreign issuers, including those in emerging and frontier markets, with a concentration in the Metals & Mining Industry.
