Strategy
Actively manages a portfolio primarily invested in equity securities of infrastructure companies, including communications, energy, transportation, and utility infrastructure. Invests at least 80% of net assets in these securities, including REITs and ADRs. Concentrates investments in infrastructure companies, using fundamental analysis to identify attractively valued opportunities based on price-to-earnings and price-to-cash flow metrics. Seeks to produce income through dividend-paying equity securities.
