Objective
Seeks to track the performance of the OShares International Developed Quality Dividend Index.
Strategy
Seeks to replicate the performance of the Underlying Index, which measures non-U.S. large- and mid-cap dividend-paying issuers. The Fund may use a replication or representative sampling strategy, investing at least 80% of total assets in the Underlying Index components. The Underlying Index is rebalanced quarterly and includes companies from various sectors, with weights adjusted for quality, low volatility, dividend yield, and dividend quality factors.
