Employs a sampling strategy to track the Bloomberg US High Yield 350mn Cash Pay 0-5 Yr 2% Capped Index, investing at least 80% of assets in securities comprising the Index. May also invest in cash equivalents and use derivatives to obtain investment exposure correlated with the Index.
