- Seeks to provide investment results that correspond to the price and yield performance of an index that tracks the U.S. agency mortgage pass-through sector.
- Strategy
- In seeking to track the Bloomberg U.S. MBS Index, the Fund employs a sampling strategy, investing at least 80% of its assets in securities comprising the Index. The Index measures the performance of the U.S. agency mortgage pass-through segment of the U.S. investment grade bond market, including securities backed by pools of mortgages issued by GNMA, FNMA, and FHLMC. The Index is market capitalization weighted and updated monthly.
