- The Trust will hold SUI and establish its net asset value ("NAV") by reference to the CoinDesk Sui USD CCIXber 60m New York Rate. Under normal circumstances, the Sponsor will seek to stake all of the Trust’s SUI through one or more staking providers, except for SUI reserved for foreseeable redemption transactions or to pay Trust expenses.
