Strategy: Actively managed ETF that invests at least 80% of net assets in dividend-paying common stocks listed on U.S. exchanges, with a particular focus on higher dividend-paying and higher-yielding names. Sub-adviser Virtus Systematic combines a proprietary alpha model using NLP-driven sentiment analysis with behavioral and intrinsic valuation factors, overlaid by portfolio-manager risk controls and qualitative review.
