Objective
Seeks to provide capital appreciation.
Strategy
Actively manages an ETF investing primarily in U.S. equity securities of companies led by a female CEO, targeting at least 80% of net assets in such companies. The Fund expects to be primarily invested in the Hypatia Women CEO Index, which tracks U.S. companies with market capitalizations of at least $500 million led by a female CEO. The Fund may also invest up to 20% in companies with a female Executive Chairperson. Investments may include growth and value securities across all market capitalizations.
