- Invests primarily in equity securities of companies located in developing countries, including common stock and depositary receipts. The Fund may invest in securities denominated in non-U.S. currencies and China A Shares. The Sub-Advisor uses bottom-up fundamental research to evaluate companies based on corporate performance, competitive position, potential growth, and intrinsic value, while also considering ESG factors. The Fund will not invest 25% or more in any one industry and is classified as non-diversified under the 1940 Act.
