Strategy
Actively managed ETF seeking 2x daily performance of the Vanguard Total International Stock ETF. Invests primarily in derivatives, including total return swaps and equity futures, to achieve leveraged exposure to non-U.S. equities across large-, mid-, and small-capitalization stocks. Maintains at least 80% of net assets in financial instruments providing this exposure. The Fund does not seek to achieve its objective over periods longer than one trading day, with returns compounded daily.
