Strategy: Holds Avalanche (AVAX) tokens in segregated cold-storage accounts at Coinbase Custody and establishes NAV by reference to the CME CF Avalanche-Dollar Reference Rate - New York Variant. Stakes some or all of the Trust's Avalanche through trusted Staking Agents who operate the validators, with staking rewards accruing to the Trust. Creates and redeems Shares in 10,000-share Baskets, either in-kind (Avalanche) or for cash, exclusively with Authorized Participants.
