Strategy: Delaware statutory trust that holds spot Hyperliquid (HYPE) tokens with Anchorage Digital Bank N.A. as custodian, providing direct exposure to a single digital asset. The Sponsor stakes some or all of the Trust's Hyperliquid through selected Staking Agents to derive additional HYPE rewards. NAV is calculated daily by reference to the CF Hyperliquid-Dollar US Settlement Price published by CF Benchmarks Ltd.
