Strategy: Invests primarily in financial instruments to achieve investment results of the Syntax Defined Volatility XLV Index, a rules-based strategy tracking large-cap U.S. health care sector securities. Allocates exposure to the State Street Health Care Select Sector SPDR ETF (XLV) adjusted for a targeted annual volatility rate of 20%. The Index dynamically adjusts exposure based on the Underlying ETF's short-term volatility compared to the Defined Volatility Rate, using total return swaps and cash positions as needed.
