Holds bonds across maturities with a dollar-weighted average effective maturity between 5 and 30 years, including revenue, general obligation, insured municipal, private activity bonds, leases, and certificates of participation. May concentrate in market segments when supply elsewhere is unsuitable; not an index fund.
